I have been helping people to stop fears and phobias of spiders, snakes, heights, flying, driving, needles, public speaking, stuttering etc since the mid 1990s using NLP. I also work as a High Performance Coach working with sports people enabling them to produce better results in golf, athletics, motor sports. Also with executives as a High Performance Coach to help them resolve problems, give better presentations, become more charismatic and achieve more in less time.

Many of the techniques I use will have been seen by the millions of people who watched Paul McKenna’s TV program “I can change your life”. I still regularly work with Paul McKenna on his training courses in London and have clients referred to me by his office. Also I was recently asked by Paul to help him to do the recent phobia cures live on GMTV. I was part of the team at Cardiff Castle when we cured 14 spider phobias live on GMTV! Or you may have heard me on BBC radio Berkshire talking about helping people to stop fears, phobias and panic attacks.

Having been trained by Paul McKenna and Richard Bandler (Co-creator of NLP) and with over 2,000 hours of training. I am qualified as a Licensed Master Practitioner and as a Certified Licensed Trainer of NLP by the society of NLP and Richard Bandler. As well as constantly keeping up to date with all the latest developments in human performance and having trained extensively with the world's finest in NLP™, DHE™ and High Performance coaching including Michael Breen, John LaValle, Eric Robbie and Graham Alexander all of whom are acknowledged as the best available in the world. I am a Licensed Master Business Practitioner and Trainer in NLP™ as well as a High Performance coach.

My 20 years of experience working in the music industry with incredibly successful people including George Michael, Kylie Minogue, Tina Turner, Take That and a Grammy Award nomination for work on Seal's 2nd album as well as many others in business, sports and film. This has allowed me to be uniquely positioned to understand what makes people extremely successful which combined with my highly skilful use of NLP enables you to get much greater results, faster.
